Workshop: Intro to UCT, Cryptocurrency and UCT Cryptocurrencies

23 October 2021 - 12:00 pm

An Introduction to Universal Community Trust [UCT], Cryptocurrency and UCT Cryptocurrencies.

This will be an information event and hands-on workshop for beginners – brought to you by Drunemeton SCT.

The session will kick off with a presentation introducing Universal Community Trust [UCT] – covering what it is, what our values are, what our history is, and what we intend for the future. This will lead into an introduction to the UCT’s own cryptocurrencies, as well as a presentation explaining the basics of cryptocurrency in general. We will then run a practical workshop demonstrating digital wallets and basic cryptocurrency transactions, and assisting attendees to install their own digital wallets and partake in some crypto transactions themselves.

When: Saturday 23 October 2021 – 12 noon to 3pm.

Where: Venue in Stanstead Abbotts, Hertfordshire, UK (exact address will be issued to confirmed bookings closer to the time).

Important: Please bring a reasonably modern laptop and/or mobile phone, so that you will be able to download the appropriate apps, get set up with a cryptocurrency digital wallet, and participate in some basic cryptocurrency transactions.

Donation: £8.50 per person, payable in advance via Paypal [you will be directed to Paypal after completing the booking form]. I am paying for the hall and other costs myself, so please donate to help cover these costs. Any profits will go towards Drunemeton SCT’s future developments fund.

Please complete the booking form below, letting us know the name and email address you will use to make your donation via Paypal, as well as the names of any others you are booking for.

We look forward to welcoming you to the workshop! 🙂
